If the name is familiar, Evi-Elie worked with Belmond La Residence d’Angkor for the past few years and built up an impressive knowledge of the cuisine scene in Siem Reap during this time.
Dining itineraries include a mix of starters, tapas, main course and dessert at a selection of three handpicked restaurants or bars around town. Themes include ‘Taste for a Good Cause’ and ‘Taste Khmer Fine Dining’.

POU RESTAURANT, run by Chef Mengly, one of the rising stars of the Cambodian culinary world. Take traditional countryside cooking and add a sprinkling of Mengly’s creative flair and you have a menu of the tastiest treats that is unlike anything else currently being dished up in Siem Reap.

BUGS CAFE – Dive into the night market where you will find Cambodia’s first insect tapas restaurant. Spiders, ants, silkworms…all are popular local delicacies and insects and have been called the food of the future thanks to their nutritional content and sustainability. Bugs Cafe is the perfect introduction to this unusual food source as they are cooked in fusion style.

MAHOB (pictured) – Located in a beautifully restored wooden house set in a pretty tropical garden, savour your main course and dessert in a more relaxed atmosphere where lots of the produce is grown on Chef Sothea’s organic farm located just outside of the city.”
